How we use website information

When you send the contact form, QueueRoom receives your name, email address, optional organization, message, and basic request security data. We use it to answer your inquiry, prevent abuse, and maintain the service.

Services involved

Cloudflare Turnstile checks contact submissions for automated abuse. The contact details you submit are stored in QueueRoom's service records and may be used to send your reply.

Analytics choice

Browser analytics are currently disabled. We will not enable optional browser analytics until the website offers a clear consent choice.

Retention and requests

We retain inquiry information only while needed to respond, operate the service, or meet record-keeping needs. To ask about, correct, or delete an inquiry, email inquiry@queue-room.com.
