How we use website information.
When you send the contact form, QueueRoom receives your name, email address, optional organization, message, and basic request security data. An email sent to inquiry@queue-room.com is stored the same way: sender name and address, subject, message, and whether the sender’s address passed email authentication checks. We use it to answer your inquiry, prevent abuse, and maintain the service.
Services involved
Cloudflare Turnstile checks contact submissions for automated abuse and runs the sample bot check in the visitor demo; the demo check’s result is not sent to QueueRoom. The contact details you submit are stored in QueueRoom’s service records and may be used to send your reply.
Analytics choice
Browser analytics on this website are currently disabled. We will not enable optional browser analytics until the website offers a clear consent choice.
Retention and requests
We retain inquiry information only while needed to respond, operate the service, or meet record-keeping needs. To ask about, correct, or delete an inquiry, send a request through the contact form. We handle each request by hand; there is no self-service deletion.
