About

We build launch protection that runs on your infrastructure.

QueueRoom was built because existing waiting room solutions put vendor servers between you and your customers. We moved enforcement into the CDN — your CDN.

QueueRoom started in 2025 when a ticketing platform team realized their waiting room vendor added latency, cost, and risk on every single sale. If the vendor went down, checkout went down. The team rebuilt enforcement as a Cloudflare Worker that runs inside the customer account — no external dependency, no proxy, no shared fate. QueueRoom is the result: a control plane that ships signed configs to your Worker, and an enforcement plane that operates independently of us.

Your infrastructure, your rules.

We never sit between you and your customers. Enforcement runs in your Cloudflare account. Our control plane can go down and your waiting room keeps working.

Transparent pricing.

Fixed per-room pricing. No per-visitor fees. No surprise bills when your launch is a success. You know your cost before traffic arrives.

Evidence, not claims.

Every admission decision is recorded. Every operator action is timestamped. Post-launch reports are auto-generated. We help you prove fairness, not just assert it.

Developer-first.

Wrangler CLI, REST API, GitHub Actions, Terraform provider. Manage waiting rooms the same way you manage the rest of your infrastructure.

Built by launch engineers.

The QueueRoom team has protected onsales for concerts, product drops for streetwear brands, and registrations for government agencies. We have seen what breaks and built the tool we wish we had.
