Terms of Service
Effective: June 1, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using QueueRoom ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
QueueRoom provides a virtual waiting room platform that deploys to Cloudflare Workers. The Service includes a control plane for managing waiting room configuration, admission controls, and launch analytics. Enforcement runs inside the customer Cloudflare account via Cloudflare Workers.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. QueueRoom is not liable for losses caused by unauthorized account access.
4. Cloudflare Account Requirements
QueueRoom deployment requires an active Cloudflare account with Workers enabled. You are responsible for your Cloudflare account, including any costs incurred through Cloudflare usage. QueueRoom does not access or store your Cloudflare API tokens.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to violate any third-party rights, or to interfere with the Service. QueueRoom reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
6. Payment and Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. You are responsible for all charges incurred. Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.
7. Service Availability
QueueRoom aims for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. The waiting room enforcement runs inside your Cloudflare account and is not dependent on QueueRoom control plane availability.
8. Limitation of Liability
QueueRoom is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. QueueRoom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Data and Privacy
QueueRoom processes visitor data according to our Privacy Policy. Waiting room configuration and telemetry are stored in Cloudflare KV within your account. QueueRoom control plane stores account metadata, launch configurations, and operational logs.
10. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time. QueueRoom may terminate or suspend accounts for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your waiting room configurations will be disabled.
11. Changes to Terms
QueueRoom may update these terms with 30 days notice for material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
