Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect
Account information: email address, name, organization name, and billing details. Usage data: waiting room configuration, launch schedules, operator actions, and telemetry metadata. Visitor data: queue position, wait time, admission status, and Cloudflare-provided metadata (country, ASN). QueueRoom does not collect visitor PII beyond what Cloudflare passes in request headers.
2. How We Use Information
We use account information to provide and bill for the Service. Usage data is used to operate waiting rooms, generate launch reports, and improve the Service. Visitor data is processed at the edge and stored in your Cloudflare KV namespace.
3. Data Storage
Waiting room enforcement data (queue state, visitor positions, admission logs) is stored in Cloudflare KV within your Cloudflare account. QueueRoom control plane stores configuration metadata, operator audit logs, and account information. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
4. Data Sharing
QueueRoom does not sell your data. We share data only: (a) with your consent, (b) with service providers (Cloudflare, payment processors), (c) as required by law. Visitor data stays within your Cloudflare account and is never shared with third parties.
5. Data Retention
Account data is retained while your account is active. Launch history is retained for your plan period (30-90 days for Starter/Pro, configurable for Enterprise). You may request data deletion by contacting privacy@queue-room.com.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@queue-room.com. We respond within 30 days.
7. Cookies
QueueRoom uses essential cookies for waiting room session management and Turnstile verification. See our Cookie Policy for details. QueueRoom does not use tracking or advertising cookies.
8. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption, access controls, and regular security reviews. Enforcement runs at the Cloudflare edge with no external dependencies.
9. International Transfers
Data is processed in Cloudflare data centers globally based on your Cloudflare account configuration. QueueRoom control plane data is stored in US data centers.
10. Changes
We notify users of material changes to this policy via email or in-app notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
